A fandom calendar and spreadsheet project to track fandom events such as zines, fanweeks, big bangs, character birthdays, and more!The project is run concurrently on X (Twitter), Bluesky, and Tumblr, as well as on a publicly available spreadsheet.Besides canon character birthdays, all content is user-submitted. FAQ
Q: What kind of posts will you RT?
A: For events that have submitted with us through the form, we will RT the following posts (please remember to @ us):
• Sign-ups open
• Pre-orders open
• Pinch-hitter calls
• Important schedule change announcements (please DM us or contact us through Discord if your event sees date changes)
• Fanweek announcement posts
• Fanweek prompts posts
• Posts marking 1 month/week/day left for IC/signups/etc. We will not be RTing other countdown posts
• Posts we are @'d in that do not fall under the above categories, with some exceptions
•We will NOT RT Mod reveals or Contributor revealsInterest Check posts do not need to submit through the form and will be RTd, simply @ us!Q: My event does not have concrete dates yet, can I still @ you?
A: We will RT Interest Check posts, otherwise we ask that event mods have their dates finalized before submitting through our form. For zines, tentative or projected shipping or release dates work as well. Dates can always be updated, except on the finalized monthly graphics.Q: What is the last day to submit my event to get it on the upcoming calendar graphic?
A: The submission form is open for use any time, but the final day to submit event dates to get them on the next monthly calendar graphic is the 27th of each month.Q: My event is NSFW/18+ only, will you still RT my posts?
A: Yes, so long as there are no explicit images, we will RT your posts.
